Actus Law is a registered Danish law firm under the formal name Advokatfirmaet Actus Law, with company registration number 45 57 86 74, listed in the Danish Central Business Register.
As required by Danish law, all attorneys-at-law must hold a formal practice license authorized by the Civil Affairs Agency, which operates under the Ministry of Justice. In addition, all attorneys-at-law are members of the Danish Bar and Law Society, the independent regulatory body responsible for overseeing law firms’ adherence to legal, ethical and professional standards. Actus Law strictly complies with these regulations.
Any formal complaints about lawyers can be submitted to the Disciplinary Board which is an independent department of the Danish Bar and Law Society.
Under the bylaws of the Danish Bar and Law Society, professional liability insurance is mandatory. Actus Law has taken out professional liability insurance with CNA Insurance Company (Europe) S.A. Details regarding coverage, terms and conditions etc. are available upon request.
